Is Mero Bhada free to use?

Yes, we offer a dedicated Free Plan engineered for individual landlords managing up to 1 property containing up to 2 active operational rental units. This includes basic rent tracking and automated reminders.

Can tenants use the platform?

Yes! Our Future Updates will officially deploy dedicated features for the Tenant Portal. Tenants will be able to log in to check their Rental History profiles, track upcoming Lease End Dates, and file direct maintenance requests seamlessly.

Is my data secure?

Security is our core priority. We use heavily encrypted storage systems alongside highly secure modern servers to permanently protect your structural tenant ledgers, tax documents, and payment histories.

What occurs if my portfolio scales past 5 units?

Once you expand, you can upgrade easily to our Standard Plan (flexible pricing options to be confirmed soon) or select our Custom Business Plan constructed explicitly for high-volume corporate property agencies.
