These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MeroBhada's website, mobile application, and related services ("Services").

By accessing or using Mero Bhada, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

By using Mero Bhada, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Nepal
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Mero Bhada reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.

Mero Bhada provides a digital platform to:

• List, search, and rent properties
• Facilitate communication between property owners and tenants
• Generate and manage digital rental agreements
• Process payments through secure third-party providers

Mero Bhada is not a party to rental agreements between users and acts only as an intermediary platform.

• Provide accurate and lawful property listings
• Ensure you have the legal right to rent the property
• Maintain updated and truthful property information

• Provide accurate personal and verification details
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect agreements entered with property owners

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Applicable service fees will be clearly communicated
• Users agree to comply with payment terms before completing transactions
• Mero Bhada is not liable for payment failures caused by third-party providers

• Contracts generated through Mero Bhada are considered legally binding electronic agreements
• Both parties are responsible for reviewing contract terms before acceptance
• Mero Bhada is not responsible for disputes arising from contract terms

All platform content — including but not limited to branding, logos, text, design, and software — is owned by Mero Bhada and protected under applicable intellectual property laws of Nepal.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Act, 2075 (Nepal).

You agree to indemnify and hold Mero Bhada harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of any agreement with another user

Mero Bhada reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion
• Restrict access in case of violation of these Terms

Users may terminate their account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

Mero Bhada may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
